NEW ELDERS

Four new elders were ordained at Gatehouse Parish Church in Gatehouse of Fleet, Kirkcudbrightshire. Pictured are: Minister the Rev Val Ott and Elders Charles Dunnett, Joanna Dunnett, Fiona McCulloch and Andrew McConchie.

Ten new elders were welcomed to the Kirk Session of East Kilbride: Moncrieff Church. Among the new elders was Laura Smith, daughter of the former Session Clerk Brenda McCrae, who sadly died in September but had been key to encouraging the new appointments. Also ordained were Elaine Barrowman, Chris and Morna McKenzie, Sheena Oo, Susan Gray, Fiona and John Lamont, along with the admission of Heather and Lynne Eland.

Niall Whyte has been welcomed as Session Clerk, sharing leadership with Alison McKinnon.
