The Rev Barbara Ann Sweeting and members of Forfar East and Old Parish Church travelled to Switzerland in July to take part in 500th anniversary celebrations of the European Reformation. They worshipped with host churches in Dubendorf and Schwerzenbach near Zurich along with parties from Germany and Hungary.

They are pictured in Wildhaus, at the timbered birthplace of Ulrich Zwingli, father of the Swiss reformation in the 16th century – a contemporary of Martin Luther, John Calvin and John Knox.
