Prominent Scottish and international theologians are to speak at the Edinburgh Dogmatics Conference in June.

The theme of the conference is ‘Creeds, Confessions and the Church’, marking the 1700th anniversary of the First Council of Nicaea, at which the Nicene Creed was adopted, and examining the historical confessions that have united Christians for centuries.

The conference is also the 40th anniversary of the first Edinburgh Dogmatics Conference. Confirmed speakers are Henri Blocher, Myk Habets, Paul Nimmo, Sara Parvas, Zach Purvis, Ken Stewart, Steve Holmes and Andrew McGowan.

It takes place at Edinburgh Theological Seminary from June 3-5, and will also be viewable online. Tickets are £80 in person or £30 online. Book via the Highland Theological College website, www.htc.uhi.ac.uk
