The Moderator of the General Assembly, the Rt Rev Dr Shaw Paterson, and his wife Christine were guests at Earlston Church’s autumn Communion service. Dr Paterson preached the sermon, presided over Communion and presented long service certificates to several office bearers and a letter of appreciation to Sue Wilson, organist for 30 years.
