Thank you for publishing Jack Kellet’s letter, which I read with great interest.
Years ago, when I taught at Tabeetha, Miss Rosie, our headmistress, was invalided home and the Committee sent out Miss Catriona MacKay, recently retired from Moray House.
Miss MacKay had served with Huts and Canteens in Rajputana during the war and told us many stories.
The Church was where the action was in these exceedingly difficult and dangerous times.
