Love, laughter and tears from the world of the Sacred Diarist
Written by: Adrian Plass
Published by: Hodder and Stoughton Price: £16.99
Adrian Plass is a well-known Anglican broadcaster and writer who offers a light-hearted look at matters of faith, recorded through a series of books.
The latest hardback volume brings together his thoughts and reflections on growing old (ungracefully) and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The book comprises an introduction, nine chapters covering a variety of topics and an epilogue.
Each chapter is slightly off-beat – capturing Plass’s occasionally irreverant style – but uniquely combines humour and real life encounters to show a new perspective on individual relationships and interpretation of scripture.
