CHURCH AND YOUNG PEOPLE WEBINARS
The Church of Scotland’s Faith Nurture department is running a series of webinars to encourage renewed vision and new ways of thinking on ministry with children, young people and families.
The webinars will offer inspiration from specialists, stories from people who have renewed their approaches, and opportunities to discuss with others how you might explore this area in your context.
The free events are an opportunity for members of the Kirk Session, ministers, paid workers and volunteers to come together to explore how to develop and deepen what you may already be doing, or to consider new approaches.
Webinars began in April, and there are three scheduled for this month. On June 2 Gill Lyth from Care for the Family will discuss Faith at Home; on June 9, the Rev Douglas Creighton will lead a session focusing on smaller churches; and on June 16 Jane Butler and Aike Kennett-Brown will speak on Messy Church and Intergenerational Discipleship.
Each session is on a Thursday, beginning at 7.30pm. Register at www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/renew-church-and-ministry-withchildren-and-young-peopletickets-289416782387
