The Rev Wes Brandon and members of the Border Kirk Carlisle and Longtown took part in an ecumenical World Day of Prayer service in the Community Centre at Longtown.
They were joined by the Rev Eric Robinson, Rector of the Anglican Esk Parishes, and the Rev Tokunbo Asogban of the North Cumbria Methodist Circuit as well as ladies from each denomination. Special prayers were said for Ukraine.
