Milton of Campsie minister the Rev Julie Moody declared herself to be ‘blessed beyond measure’ by this year’s ecumenical two-week double-delivery mission which went online as well as in-person on the theme of Through The Wardrobe. Julie was assisted in the mission by a team of young people including her brother Gareth, sister-in-law Holly (both musicians based in London) and her sister Jenni (a graphic designer/animator based in Perth).

The picture shows Julie in front of the mission’s community art project created, during which villagers and visitors were invited to paint a wooden feather which was then attached to a board. The finished article was a magnificent illustration of the words from Psalm 91:4 – ‘Under his wings you will find refuge’. The board is now on permanent display in Milton of Campsie Parish Church.
