KILTWALKERS
The Revs Neil McNaught and David Hume (below left) from Alloway Parish Church completed their Kiltwalk on Saturday April 24, raising over £7500 for Christian Aid. Neil said: “We are hugely grateful to the congregation and friends who supported us so generously. We would like to the thank Sir Tom Hunter and the Hunter Foundation for topping their generosity by 50%.”
Members of Meadowside St Paul’s and St Andrew’s Churches, Dundee, are pictured (below right) ready to set off on the Kiltwalk for Christian Aid. Socially distanced, 10 people plus dog took a walk (4.18 miles) around the boundary of the parishes, taking in the city centre, University of Dundee, industrial areas and green spaces. With the 50% top-up from the Hunter Foundation, around £1,000 was raised.
