VIRTUAL PILGRIMAGE

 

A Highland church is hoping to celebrate Christmas in Bethlehem – virtually, of course.

Kingussie Parish Church has launched a virtual pilgrimage, inviting people to walk, jog, cycle or swim, with the aim of together covering the 3444 miles to Bethlehem by Christmas Eve.

The virtual pilgrimage is an idea of the fundraising team, hoping to help support the church’s finances which have been hit by the Covid-19 pandemic.
