We observed with horror the scenes of the death of George Floyd and deeply sympathise and join with the Black Lives Matter protesters. People of all nations admit that they share prejudice against other humans.
Jesus’ life showed a love which broke down all barriers between people. When he met a person, He saw that there was within the son or daughter of a glorious Father God. Why cannot we do this? We have His example, that of many others who have followed Him and we even have Him beside us to help us. This love is the only way to meet human beings and to dispel any fear or misunderstanding. No amount of protesting without this love can achieve peace. LOVE is the answer, it sounds simple but we need to be self-less. We need to learn how to love.
