SEEDS OF HOPE
An Aberdeenshire church is helping to spread some colour and sunshine around its village.
In Banff Parish Church’s ‘‘Son’flower Seeds of Hope’ project, sunflower seeds are being distributed to members and friends of the church in a bid to have something for all ages to be involved with and bring some sunshine to the area in the months ahead.
Church minister the Rev David Locke said: “This ‘Son’flower project is one way the church can say thank you to everyone who has risen to the challenges of the last few weeks and reached out to help and care for others. They may add to the beauty of our town, and at the same time encourage us all to keep shining out to each other in the weeks to come.”
