BB FAMILY DOUBLE

Helen Aitken made it a family double after celebrating 40 years as Oi cer in Charge of the 2nd Gourock Company Anchor Boys.

Helen reached this landmark exactly a year after her husband, Alan Aitken, MBE, celebrated 40 years as Captain of the Company Section.

As well as receiving gifts at the Anchor Boys’ display, Helen was presented with a long-service certii cate by Company Chaplain, the Rev Teri Peterson, which was signed by then Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, the Rt Rev Susan Brown. Helen also received a gift from the congregation.
