CELEBRATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

Six churches in East Ayrshire ran a Celebration Sunday for primary aged children on the theme of the Road to Emmaus.

The event was the first of two the churches – Coylton, Dalmellington, Drongan, Ochiltree, Patna and Stair – are organising to mark the Year of Young People. Organised by John Urquhart, the organist from Stair and Ochiltree, activities included drama, story, trust games, follow the leader and painting feet, as well as party food.
