More than 600 years of service in Wigtownshire was celebrated at Luce Valley Church, near Stranraer.

The Moderator of the Presbytery of Wigtown and Stranraer, the Rev Alex Currie presented certificates for 50 years’ service to David Rodger and Billy Ferguson. Certificates acknowledging 40 years of service were presented to Evelyn Stevenson, Mary Ramsay, Robert Clarke and Alex McKie.
